The NWCA/USA Today Division I Team Coaches Poll for November 16, 2010, has been released.
There was some movement with the Top 5 teams this week. Cornell University remains the unanimous No. 1 team. Oklahoma State, Minnesota and Wisconsin respectfully moved up one spot a piece as Boise State fell to No. 5 after a tie last week with now No. 17 Oregon State.
No new teams moved into the Top 10 for week 2; however there was plenty of movement within the Top 20.
Oregon State showed the most improvement jumping from No. 22 to No. 17. Pittsburgh dropped to start the week at No. 20 after being ranked No. 14 last week.
The NWCA/USA Today Division I Team Coaches Poll Committee is made up of one coach from each conference. A number one ranking is worth 25 points and a number 25 ranking is worth one point.
A new poll will be released every Tuesday from now until the week of the NCAA Division I Wrestling Tournament and can be found at www.nwcaonline.com.
